Stay in control with clear reporting – choose from a Google Sheets-based stock report and a detailed order summary showing who ordered what and when.

You’re in control. You can allow users to place orders freely or require approval before processing. We can also customise the checkout with fields for cost centre codes or other internal references to fit your workflow.

Products are invoiced as they arrive in bulk at our warehouse. You’ll then receive a monthly invoice covering website management, storage, and any shipping activity for that period.
Unused swag and reusable display items can be returned to stock for future use. A small handling fee applies for restocking or inspection.

If you’d prefer to manage storage and shipping in-house, we can simply provide and maintain the website for you – billed monthly as a standalone service.
